A firm shaped by what we saw on the inside
Vistumand was established in 2023 in Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires. The founding team spent years working within civil society organizations before transitioning to consulting. That experience — sitting in board meetings where no one could explain the balance sheet, managing restricted funds with spreadsheets held together by institutional memory, preparing annual statements the night before regulatory deadlines — is what shaped the firm's focus.
The financial dimension of nonprofits is consistently underdeveloped. Not because the people running these organizations lack intelligence or commitment. Because the tools, frameworks and training available are designed for commercial enterprises and rarely translate cleanly to organizations with volunteer governance, diverse funding sources and social accountability obligations.
We built Vistumand to address that specific gap. Our work is practical and grounded in the reality of how Argentine civil society organizations actually function.
